My age 48 is facing problem of burning sensation during urination and urine colour is dark yellow and it feels acidic and there is persistent leg pain and back pain also there is swelling in legs what is this condition?

I used Mannlinch hair removal cream. Applied aloe vera afterwards as well to soothe the pain yet it only aggravates. Any appropriate ointment / cream that can be used as an SOS here as I'm unable to get a specialist as it is a Sunday as well. Kindly help!

Hi, I was suffering from pain at back side a week ago. After 3 days I noticed a stone passed from ureter. However, I went for ct scan and in report it shows 0.4*0.8 lesin mass. My question is can it be cured using medicine? Is it caused due to stone passed?
