Hello Doctor, my sister have severe proteins loss disease from her body.she get very sick and thin . we dint know why it is going happening? we did the biopsy for kidney also.please suggest us good suitable doctor and treatment of the above disease . Thank you

Pains in urinary track, prolem persits last 2 days, after taking lot of water in take since from morning nbut now same as per last evening.there is a presser but urine not pass properly.

Both kidneys are in size,shape,position and axis.parenchyma echopattern is normal with regular corticumedullary outline.there is seen are echogenic foci of about 12mm in mid upper calyx right kidney mildly dilated calceal system seen.a ecogenic foci of about 6 mm seen in lower calyx left kidney.no back pressure changes seen.right kidney measures :93mm X 37 mm.left kidney measures :98 mm X 36 mm.
