Kidney Problems

Patient has been diagnosed with chronic renal failure. She has high potassium levels that could compound the risks of a cardiac arrest. unfortunately in spite of controlled diet, her BP is not within the expected range. patient has a prior history of stroke and is hypersensitive and diabetic. one of the medications for diabetics, metformin, is no longer given to the patient. patient is inactive and low in energy.

I am having a very mild pain near kidney area. Its kind of sharp pain which arises sometimes. Also, i had KFT and GFR tests recently and they were normal

Past 3 years he has been taking medication. Before it was low now it has the creatinine levels and even after constant medication it's not lowering.

I was told I am having Nephrotic Syndrome after 24 hours urine and other blood tests. However during the period of test I was having side effects of antibiotics and had oily food and pizzas 2-3 days before. Currently all my kidney blood test (creatin, triglicerides) are very normal, BP is 108/70. Only problem is Albumin which is 4+. I am undergoing treatment from Ayurvedic clinic for panchkarma. Is it advisable for an ayurvedic treatment or I should go for Kidney Biopsy test (advised by an Nephrologist based on the tests).

Hi my urine is more yellow in morning. if i drink water 3l per day its fine during day. My uric acid is 7.2 while as USG of abdomen was normal. No stones or cysts. kindly advise
