One 5mm stone in right lower kidney and one 4mm stone in left kidney. .urine does not pass out clearly. Mostions r nt clear. .pain on back side n loer stomach every time. I dont like to feel hungry after deduct this problem inside me

I born with only one kidney. What should take care of, what should I eat and what to avoid? How much water should I drink in a day? Sir i have 2-3 mm microlith in the upper pole with minimal hydronephrosis. I have a pain constant mild pain in right kidney and tube.
