Kidney Problems

My grandmother is diagnosed with high blood pressure and has been admitted in the hospital since three days now... The doctor's here have requested me to pay for scans that will eventually determine whether her kidneys are alright or not. Hence I have attached a pic of the scanned results to this msg itself ... Dose the results state that she needs​ an operation? Or is this condition treatable without an operation? As I need a second opinion as there high cost involved. Could someone help me out with a second opinion?

I have been on peritoneal dialysis for a year. My transplanted kidney no longer works, I do not produce urine, and my blood pressure is great (without meds). I take all the standard dialysis meds and labs are great. Can I eat psyclobin mushrooms one night?

I am having pain in my Stomuch and back since 3 months and doctos said that it is gas problem. But when i started taking all medicine then it decreasesy pain now iam taking o ly gas medicine and all other are fi ished. .but again it started i creasing both pain i have done with endoscopy and ultraspund and did not fpund anything sevier. .can it be related to kidney also? I thought that I had a UTI but now I'm not sure my kidneys ache and it still hurts to urinate and when I went to the doctors they said my urine was really diluted. I don't drink water like I should so I know it can't be from drinking a lot of water. What could be wrong?

I'm female 45 in India.i have one kidney stone in (5mm) in mid pole and another stone in upper ureter 1cm about 4.2 cm below the PUJ.i have no pain.i take medicine feburic40mg,thiazide12.5mg,blong and pirate sugar free syrup 15ml three times per day description by urology.my questions is why can i do this procedure (RIRS,URSL,ESWL) because I have no pain.second questions is if I don't take any procedure what happens in future.third questions is what kind of procedure is suitable and very safe for my kidney and future benefits also.please answer my three questions

Continuous pain in the right side lower abdomen and right side waist for the last seven months. As per doctors advice taken stonex and neeri tablets for six months.
