Kidney Problems

My child is suffering with urinary infection for about 5yrs.. Where we took antibiotics and relevant medicines.. We took dmsa scan and took a treatment with Nephrologist and given medicines for that such as Raricap, Mu out powder and septran tablet has been given. But again she facing the same issue and the urine is too smelly where it contains E_coli bacteria after a urine routine test. Kindly advise.

Often after a night of drinking alcohol, my left side is sensitive with some minor pain radiating into the left side of my lower back to the left of the kidney. Sensitivity often subsides after a day or two when re-hydrated. Is this a kidney issue?
