Usg scan report:- Right kidney:- Tiny calculus noted in middle calyx Left kidney:-Mild hydroureteronephrosis with a UVJ calculus of size 6mm How serious I am and can this be cured without surgery??Please do leave a reply.

I am having back pain especially lower back and yellow urine and my amount of urine also decreased back pain is not always its 1 in a month

I have been experiencing pain in my kidneys. Mostly left kidney and rarerly right kidney. Got an ultrasound report which states-"mild dilatation of left pelvicalyceal system and upper ureter is present; probably due to mid/lower ureteric calculus. A small calculus measuring 2.9mm is present in left inferior calyx. Both kidneys are normal in size ( rt: 8.6cms, lt: 9.6cms ), shape , position and echtexture. Renal outline is smooth with normal parenchymal thickness seen in both kidneys . No perinephric collection is seen . The urinary bladder and prostate are normal." I have earlier experienced same pain but it used to subside in a day or two. This time it was unbearable.

Pain in the left side of abdomen as per reports left kidney normal in size and shape. Normal corticomedullary echotexture no pelvicalyceal dialation no calculus cyst of 26×22mm with internal septa with wall calcification in mid pole. What should i do ?

Multiple calculi seen in my right kidney, the largest one measuring 0.61cm. Doctors says 4 or 5 nos seen. Is it can be dissolved by lithotripsy or I have to go for surgery. Please reply. Or let me know where I have to go.
