I have been suffering pain in both sides of abdomen, near my kidneys and ribcage. So my nearest physician suggested a abnormal scanning and today I got my report of it. Report says following, Findings are suggestive of Left Renal Calculus Bilateral Renal Pelvis Dilated - UTI/CYSTITIS and everything is just normal as report says, my kidney, liver, bladder etc. So I wanted to know what to do now? Should I consult a kidney specialist or any general physician?

Hi, Four months ago, I had urinary infection plus typhoid fever and admitted in hospital. Two days ago I suddenly felt just body pain, yesterday I have body pain,fever and orage reddish urine so I went to see doctor and I told him if this is urinary infection this the third time I am getting. He gave urinary infection tablet. Yesterday night fever increased after taking tablet and after some time fever decreased. Now I the morning still having reddish urine and back side pain. Do I need to see doctor again or this time any spealiest because I want to stop urinary infection coming again. Thanks.

I'm having constant pain at the left side of my mid back. It increases and decreses but never goes away . I've tried massaging that area thinking it may be muscle strain or something but it just does not help. I'm pretty much concerned if it is related to my kidney because the kidneys are located somewhere there.
