While I go for the toilet, motion is getting out by liquid form, also I had a small pain in right urina bladder before 2 weeks, also I had head panic in every morning while I wake up, I have the cold problems feel like inside cold

Hi. I am 30yrs old. I have seen few drops of blood in my urine but that was present only in morning first urine. That happen for two days simultaneously and than it stopped. There was some sensation at that time while urinating and my stomach was also upset in those two days. After that everything seems fine. No issues at all.
