Hi, thanks for the query,
Urinary tract infections often present with burning micturition(urination) and bloating sensation of the abdomen, it needs to be evaluated and the diagnosis has to be confirmed and other conditions have to be excluded, if it's confirmed to be urinary tract infection specific antibiotics would be helpful,
