His docter sugested him a dialysis. His age is 64. What should i do . His potassium level is 4.1. Do he really needs a dialysis?

Feeling needle like pinch with hot flushes on scrotum edges. Feeling often pain in right thigh and lower abdomen region on sitting on bike or chair. No hernia in sonography.showed to neurologist prescribed maxmela forte .When taking max Mela forte medicine pain is lowered but uneasiness persists. Problem for last 1 month.
