Kidney Problems

I have been having back pain and nausea for a few days now, my friend is an MA for an obgyn and she brought home a dip stick test and it came back with nitrates and blood. She said it's a possibility I have a kidney infection and I don't know if I should go or am er or urgent care for treatment

I have a left distal ureteric calculus causing mild hydroureter measuring 5.8mm x 2.8mm in size. Please suggest solution for this. Thanks.

I have been having severe painin back since few days, but it got worse last night and i was unable to fo anything, neither i was able to sleep or sit all night, i also went to local doctar for which he treated by goving just pain killing injection and medicines, later on i consulted a better doc and he suggested me to get sonography, by which i found out having a 9mm stone in my upper left uterus, which is causing the back pain.
