Kidney Problems

My current albumin in my urine test says TRACE . my PUS cells is 15-18 hpf. Red blood cells is 0-3hpf. I had urinary tracr infection . This is my second urine test for follow up after 1 week medication i was prescribed to take Cefuroxime. Do I need to worry? What does the teace means and what caused it? What should I do?

Calculus is seen in the mid pole of right kidney measures 4.8mm. concretion is seen in the lower pole of left kidney measues 3mm

Hi doctor, i am 26 yr old, male. I do a lot of physical activity and swet a lot. when I wake up in morning and immediately rush to toilet, the urine takes time to get out. and also this happens when the pressure is not that much. And sometimes the pressure is normal. so i am very much confused abt whether there really is any problem or not. I've seen that when I drink a lot of water in the morning, the pressure and urine flow are quite normal.

Last night i has severe pain in my abdomen n got immediately admit in emergency and got ct scan done which shows one of my kidney stone has come down from kidney and came down wards ...

My uncle suffering from high level of creatinine nd urea.My uncle treatment under some doctors,control diet as doctors says but no improvement in result .I attached latest  prescription nd reports.please suggest what to do ..I really confused .....help me please Sugar level In some months is normal 81/91mg.nd bp level also low120/60.usg done that report says in right kidney has a cyst.

I am a diabetic patient. I am 70 years old. My creatinine is 8.22, phosphorus 6.90,albumin 3.20, potassium 4.50,hemoglobin 9.10,urea 162 sodium 144,calcium 8.10. What can I do right now. I don't want to do dialysis. Is it possible to cure by medicine ? Please suggests me something. I am very much worried.
