Kidney Problems

My mother is suffering with many diseases like kidney issue,Hand & leg ankles Numbness,whole body pain ..My mother was not able to stand on their feet last 20 days & same as hand problems not working properly ...Suggest me what to do

Age:32, Gender: Male I have a malrotated and malpositioned right kidney from birth which is working about 10% of the normal capacity. Due to which my left kidney which is normal has grown in size to compensate for the right kidney, causing hypertension. This was diagnosed 5 years ago and I have been living a normal life with a regular medicine to manage hypertension. My blood pressure is under control. My right kidney is working at 80% of the capacity. Apart from hypertension, I do not have any other complaint. It is also well managed through regular medicine. My serum creatinine level remains 1.2 to 1.3 Height 182 cms, body weight is 85 kgs. Age 32 years. My query is whether should I do pushups or not ?. If yes then how many push ups and squats in day without and damage to kidneys. I have done them(push ups and squats) in the past but I am worried now as my age advances. How much physical exercise can I take without harming my kidneys. For BP management I am taking Losar 25 mg.

One 5mm stone in right lower kidney and one 4mm stone in left kidney. .urine does not pass out clearly. Mostions r nt clear. .pain on back side n loer stomach every time. I dont like to feel hungry after deduct this problem inside me

I born with only one kidney. What should take care of, what should I eat and what to avoid? How much water should I drink in a day? Sir i have 2-3 mm microlith in the upper pole with minimal hydronephrosis. I have a pain constant mild pain in right kidney and tube. Recently I got operated for kidney stone. It was urethroscopy. After that Doctor put a DJ stent in my body , so that remaining stones can be flushed out. It's been 15 weeks now with the stent. Now I have pain in lower left side of the abdomen and there is blood in urine as well. I am going to urinate very frequently also. Kindly tell me what should I do now
