Having dialysis twice a week. High bp problem. Both kidneys shrunken. Urea 198 and cretinone 10. HB 7.9 .doctor ask for transplant

From last 2 days while urinating I feeling irritation , I thought it to be urine infection so i took Citralka and urispas, yesterday I was quit going to washroom a lot many times but today I m feeling like i want to urinate all the tines and also there are few drops of blood everytime..what should I do What could it possibly be

My creatinine level is 5 and blood urea is 58 I am suffering from fatigue aur sweeling in ancle blood pressure is normal also suffering from nausea

I've had pain in my bowels, in the lower left quadrant on my abdomen for the past four days. It is only painful when I put pressure on it (e.g. when I press on it, when I sit down and bring my knees to my chest or sometimes when I have slight indigestion). I have have been to the toilet the usual amount of times, but the symptoms haven't changed at all. Can you please help me to identify the issue and what my best next step is thanks.

My Father's creatinine level reached from 4.5 to 9.8 in 1 month. He is diabetic but diabetes is in control from last 3 years because of regular treatment. Currently, we are seeing doctor in Agra and as per his advise dialysis is only option. Just, want to get your expert opinion is dialysis only option. Can't creatinine level be managed by medicine or alternate treatment. My entire family is just waiting and hoping if something else can be done other than dialysis. Please advise.

Am 58 years old and was undergoing treatment for CKD. My Creatinine was 1.8 and it came down to 1.3 with treatment (both Allopathy and Homoeo). I was taking Alfalog, Sevbait 400, Becosules, Evion LC, Eltroxin 100, Shelcal 500 and Amdepin 10 mg for BP. But after starting treatment for low D3, low bone density and joint pain my creatinine level increased to 1.5 now. The additional medicines used are Uprise D3 60K, Idrofos 150 mg once in a month, Tab Flexisure (Glucosamine, Boswellia, Serrata, Curcuma Longa & Zingiber Officinale) and Cap Benfomega (Benfotiamine, Inositol, Alpha Lipolic Acid, Omega 3 Fatty Acid, Methylcobalamin & Chromium Picolinate Soft Gel). Do any of these medicines have any harmful effect in my case as my cretainine was stable for some time before this

In about every 15 minutes he go for urinination dr has advised TURP surgery and if will operate then the problem will be solved completely or not thats the main question. And generally surgery will last for how much time and normally it costs?
