It is obstructive according to sonography reports and i do not want to get operated but would like to get your advice regarding medications to cure my problem

He was admitted to the hospital with th e above readings. They did two rounds of dialysis and creatinine came down to 4.9 and hemoglobin rose to 10. Do you think he should have permanent dialysis? Or how to go without dialysis in future?

I am 50 year old and a diabetic for 12yrs now. Recent KFT gave values of blood urea at 159mg/dl and creatinine at 8mg/dl (even in repeat test) rest all salts are in right value range. The ultrasound also should no size change of kidney.Do i have to undergo Dialysis or can it be controlled via diet and drugs.

I go to do urine many times a day. Sometimes it is 7 to 9 times a day and few times it is also 12 to 15 times a day and sometimes it is 5 to 7 times a day. I do not stop my urine . Whenever i feel like doing it I go for it. quantity of my urine is generally medium. Colour of my urine is clear and very few times it is light yellow. I feel normal.
