Bilateral calculus disease with multiple stone burden require full evaluation in respect to exact location I'm calyces inside kidney,degree of obstruction,degree of infection caused and degree if functional impairment to the kidneys along with assessment of symptomatology. Potentially dangerous ,should get detailed workup and removal Consult a urologist
