Kidney Problems

My urine is very dark it started early this morning it look like Ithe colour of coke, I have had mild period pains on and off all day. I'm 52 years old and I have not had a period for 2 to 3 year now.

When ever I go for urination some amount nt of urine stuck in the bladder and after some time it will come out without control. Also come out whenever I cough or sneeze. Please provide me assistance in this case

My eGFR dropped from 76 to 52 in three months. I have also had a large spike in blood pressure up to 188/11 while on medication. My PCP ordered another medication which has it under control, but did not say anything about the eGFR. Should I be concerned, and what should I do?

Yesterday I did my VOID urine test in which it stated Pre void was 290cc and post void was 80cc is this normal? I'm vomiting a lot lately and have weakness.
