Hello there.
I can understand your concern.
I haven't heard of pic 52 Ds syrup.
Trinorm you can take twice a day .
It will help in urinary tract infection.
Drink plenty of fluids.
Avoid oily and spicy foods.
Tab. pantakind-D once or twice a day half an hour before food for 2 days will help with acidity.
