I am facing kidney Pain, What Happened To My Kidney S? Upto this time I did not face this type problem, please explain what happened to me, may be, What should I do now? I used cystone tablet, I got relief from pain.

Ultrasound report is attached. Please let me know the next steps to get the same cured. Also let me know is it too late to be diagnosed
