Kidney Problems

I drink 3-4 Ltrs of water every day and usually have very good flow of urine even till last night. However today morning after 8 hours on uninterrupted sleep it took some effort to pass urine. I have no pain. Is it because I'm about to get my period in a day? This just happened today, is other normal ?? Please tell me doctors I'm very worried

Hello doctor, My 5 year old girl child had frequent urination since 1 year , every 20 minutes she urinates,  we consulted urologist he said she is having overactive bladder and prescribed solicept 5mg tablet in morning and minirin 0.1 mg in night for betwetting. Please suggest is these medicines are safe to use Thank you
