A woman of 48years has got damaged both kidney.. Doctor from sahara hospital has advised for kidney transplant.. Is there any other option apart from transplant and dialysis to get the lady well soon

I was hospitalized before because the doctor said there were small crystal-like forms found in my kidney last 2012 and have also been diagnosed with UTI but I dont remember having to pee painfully before. Now I feel pain everytime I pee and I feel pain again in my left lower rib.
