My cousin has left uv junction calculuso of 1.34 cm. He is now taking nephrogen capsule. before 1 month it was small it has increases now.earlier he was taking another medicine.doctor is advice for operation.is it really need?? His age is 19

Facing problem in urinity. Pressure is not coming in 6-7hours. Also problem in public palces while urinity. The urine is not coming I think I am suffering from parerisis. I have in a very serious problem. So please help me to come out from this.

How frequent one should urinate per day at age of 28 years male because I feel urinating early may be sometimes within an hour or within two to three hours but not sure than previous I used to be and also this time consuming water some little more than before
