Kidney Problems

I’m 30yr old male, I can urine regularly without trouble, but after drinking alcohol or beer I can’t urine properly ( flowless ). What’s the reason ?

USG-Total Abdomen Report states that A partially distended urniary bladder is noted,No obvious intraluminal or calculus is seen. pre void- 51ml.wat does that mean is there anything serious to think about it... lab phsycian suggested that it causes due to infection and it can be cured with tablets.kindly look in and provide a valuable suggestion ,im male of age 30

Last month I found blood clots/blood in my urine. I was prescribed antibiotics and it seemed to improve. Recently I have found blood clots again, which lasted a few days but has now stopped. I have a constant ache in my abdominal area, feel really tired, nauseous and have completely lost my appetite. I had a urine test, but the receptionist said that 'no further action' was needed. I still feel really ill and I'm worried because nothing is being done. What should I do?

I been noticing my urine is neon yellow is that normal and is ok to take multivitamins two different ones.

Having issues with what I assume to be fluid in my lungs. I'm having trouble breathing and having back pain. I want to take Mucinex for it but I'm also having kidney problems and am unaware if Mucinex has an effect on the kidneys. I also would like to know if Mucinex is only for infection in the lungs or fluid in general. Thanks for taking the time to read this!

I am having kidney stone 3 mm in both of the kidneys ,what should I do, should I consult a urologist and start taking medicines or it will go by drinking lots of water
