Kidney Problems

My mother age 54 was having puss cells in urine culture test. And there was a heating in urination. This problem cured by medicine in 10 day. After this there was a pain in stomach with fever at 104 F . in sonography test mild hydronephrosis and swelling in kidney is shown. Dr given medicine and the pain is now gone but fever is there. In blood creatinine test 1.35mg/dl . BLOOD UREA IS ALSO NORMAL .I WANT TO ASK THE DIET . May I give olive oil+ lemon juice+ water mixture in morning.suggesT ME

For last two years I am suffering from urinery tract infection once in a 2/3 months. Everytime I consult with doctor and take prescribed medication I get relief for a while. Four months back I sufferd the same. I consulted with doctor and had 'urine test' and 'sonography' which showed swollen in both kidneys, bladder infection and urine infection.i took prescribed medication for more than a month and got relief.
