I get urinary track infection almost every month inspite of completing the medicine course This month had twice now I have severe back ache as well

What's symptoms do you have? Backache is usually not because of urinary infection. You need to get a urine culture done to check whether there is urinary infection. And also check sensitivity of the bacteria. Get USG scan of abdomen done to rule out any pathology.
