I've been consuming unto 8 paracetamol tablets from past 2 days. Is there a chance that i die of liver failure?

I have to pee all the time, and when I do, only a few drops come out and my bladder is still full. It’s like it’s blocked or something. Just now, I spent an hour trying to empty my bladder, but I gave up now, it’s still almost full and I just can’t get it out.
