Kidney Problems

I been having low right back pain for 4 days now n I only have the right kidney left. It's only working 47%. Should i seek emergency medical help

So this past week i have been waking up to seriously strong stomach/bladder aches, as i turn in bed there is a very strong pain and it only calms down once i am in a fixed position. i consider this perhaps a bladder issue as only once i have gone to urinate do i get a sense of relief. In terms of my lifestyle, i have recently had a shift in work schedule (1pm to 10pm) and have started to gain tremendous weight, I also consume about 5 to 6 mugs of green tea a day.

I am a jym member before 3month I take heavy weight so prostate pain start. Urine no problem it's was good. Only side pain

Getting frequent urination with strong odour occasionally after night sleep. I get lower abdomen pain and fever when I eat more chicken fever. Please suggest medical tests for these symptoms.

My mother is Diabetic & 60 + old. Her creatinine is 8+ which is abnormal . She has become very weak & have urine infection, Rbc cont low .Doctor is trying to bring her creatinine down by medicines , however it is not working. He informed that we have to go for Dialysis .
