Stone found on 24 of November n size was 4 mm after 10 days treatment stone didn't removed..n after today checkup I found 1.65 creatinine level ... anything serious

Sir I have done scanning on 2nd of Dec , report found , Right Kidny having 3mm microlight in mid pole with minimal hydronephrosis & left Kidny 2to 3 mm microlight in mid pole , bladder appeared moderately distended. Prostate shows a small system measuring 0.7*0.5cm , pls suggest on this , iam very much concern about my health...
