Kidney Problems

From past 2 days i am getting pain while I am urinating. like burning sensation, last drop of the urination is paining like hell

Hello. I have had very bad guts for the past couple of months and I didn't do anything about it because I thought it'd pass. But my urine hasn't been normal for very long and in the past few weeks I have been getting stomach cramps and severe sharp pains in my lower back and sides. I am getting this every single day and today I have started to feel very sick with it. I'm not sure if there is anything I can do to help this? Or should I go to my local doctors?

I have been suffering from seveare pain in right buttuck and in the muscle of the lower leg like sciatic pain.

Urea and creatinin tests, uric acid in the norm, diuretic in the norm too. However, missing lots of protein levels which reaches 6.5, but after using Zinat and Renotec reduce to 1.5. My question is, what is an alternative treatment to corticosteroids and does one exist at all?

I had my gall blader stone removal recently...after 2 days of my surgery, i started smoking cigrettes..its been one week, i smoked a lot and now i have quit..any bad effects ,i will have to face coz of that one weel smoking
