Severe swelling in body
Hello sir,my father is of 61 year old,recently he has gone through chemotherapy due to cancer in throat, since few days he has a severe swelling in in body,so we have gone to the doctor and performed some urine test..
In chemical examination of report protein is present and the level of RBC is 3-4/hpf,and casts are granular cast+,do u help me out what the report suggest? Plz it will be your great to answer soon.

Protein in urine is normally seen after chemotherapy...
Give him adequate hydration...
