I am suffering from chronic kidney disease and my GFR was 51. So can my GFR improve with homeopathy

I have been diagnosed for a kidney stone of 6.4mm which is not obstructing anything but just there . I have a fear that it might affect me someday and between I have been asked to cut on diet and not to eat any things.. Pls advice what is the best possible means to take care apart from drinking lot of water daily..?

Hi Doctor, I have been experiencing pain during urination and a constant urge to pee even though it's little. Urine has a slightly different odour. I increased by water intake and symptoms started getting better slowly. But it's a bit slow in recovery.it has been almost a week since I'm facing this issue. Please suggest some remedy.
