Back Pain on Left side

Asked for Male, 31 Years

I have gone through ureteroscopy without Stent being left over during November 2017. During night i had a strong urge for urination & simultaneously i face back pain on left side the side where stone was located. Once i arise and get relieved, pain starts subsiding. Although more i walk lesser pain i feel. USG done few days back & completely ok.
