Kidney Problems

My creatinine level has increased from 1.8 to 3.1 And also my liver is pretty weak So I've been advised not to eat salt,spice,vegetables and fruits My doctors thought that my creatinine level is increasing because of few medicines that I've been taking... So they asked me to discontinue my medicines for a week... Now after a week also my creatinine level hadn't reduced and also my hemoglobin has reduced...... Please can you help me out? I don't know what to do
