Sonography report suggested "Mild fullness of left PC system and visualized proximal uterer" and "mild fatty liver. Correlation with LFTs". Can you please interpret this for further treatment?

Kidney pain

Ive been having pains in my left kidney for 1 day , it just started suddenly after i had my meal , i dont have any urination problems or any other symptoms and im not using any kind of substants .
