If urine speed is slow is it symptoms of big problem , is there any solution to Increase it , like exercise

Hello , I have been having inflammation while urination in the morning only ... there is inflammation in viginal area , sensation of burning feeling in viginal area .. please help .... ..

Since Friday, I've had a frequent urge to pee. Felt like I always had to go. Went to urgent care and gave a urine test. Everything came back negative. So no uti and they said no kidney stones. Gave me meds to treat a uti. It's now Monday and I still have a urge to go alot. Not sure if I'm not giving the meds time or it's something else. I've only been with my wife, so it's not an std. Just curious as to what else the problem could be.

I have been feeing this constant sensation on my scrotum for the past 2 months.But might stop occasionally and start again.

I have noticed worm in my urine . It’s the second time I noticed this. 2 months before I have seen one so I kept eye on my urine but couldn’t see anything. I thought it could be something else. Today I have noticed it again . Is it harmful and which doctor should I consult . What would be the reason behind this?

Age is 60 years, female, having 20-25 pus cells in urine and swelling in both legs, kidney ultrasound and all blood test are fine. got antibiotic injections for 10 days , pus cells reduced but increased again after injection are over.. please tell me whom to consult ..thanks
