Renal pelvis
Right foetal kidney shows prominent renal pelvis measuring 4.3 mm in a.p ,is there any problem sir ,i m 19 week 5 days pregnent.

At 24 weeks, better to do the assessment again to measure the AP diameter of the Renal pelvis and if it's increasing, then fetal MRI may be needed to ass further. If it's only on one side, then chances of a serious abnormalities is less.
