Kidney Problems

I have bladder infection, urinary tract, back pain swelling and anxiety. I just drink water not take any antibiotic . Please tell me if i use antibiotec madicen like amoxcyline tablet for how much time i can take it

Taking attached medication for UTI treatment from Apollo Hospital and now shifted to home but following the same procedure with attendant care. Today is 4th day of antibiotics treatment and as per yesterday blood test WBC count came in from 20 to 13.4 also feeling better with no pain while doing  urination. Please suggest for how many days antibiotics medication to be continued.

In the month of November, I had scrotal pain. Urine culture shows E.coli bacteria (Colony count 2000). I was asked to take Amicin for 10 days. Then too pain didnt subsidy. Then I was asked to take Alfoo, Urispas for a month. Its done. Now, am still feeling slight pain when I didnt wear underwear. With underwear pain is not there. Is it any problem?

I have done X-Ray and Scan for my mother and in the report it says : "Mild pelvocalyceal dilatation is noted in the left kidney. Cannot completely exclude a left ureteric calculus. However acute UTI cannot be excluded. Right urine jet seen only. No left urine jet seen." If you could help me identify what is the actual problem. My mother is having side pain regularly time to time.
