Kidney Problems

HELLO DR During my health checkup During USG there is one finding that I have small milk of calcium cyst in kidney. I don't have any symptoms PFA reports Please answer, m really worried 🙁

I'm having little pain at sides of stomach since last 1 month. The pain is not sharp but it occurs sometimes and is like some pricking pain. Sometimes I feel the bowels not fully emptying and also sometimes it's difficult to pass out gas. There's no other symptom like fever, vomitting, etc. Initially I thought it would be kidney stones but after CT scan I don't think so. Also, my blood tests(CBC, CRP, ESR), KFT, LFT, urine culture reports are normal. I have attached some pictures but can't attach more than 2. I was eating junk food, non-veg, spicy food since sometime. I've now started drinking 3-4 litres of water daily alongwith less spicy, oily food. Taking curd or drinking buttermilk makes me feel some better. Can someone help me know if this pain be due to gas? Or it can be something else?

For the last 3,4 days I have been feeling a slight pain in my testicles. Size looks normal.. Please advise

I've taken Nitrofurantoin and Alkasol for 7 days followed by Ciplox for 5 and yet I still have urinary irritation, burning, urgency and incomplete emptying. I got an Ultrasound done, everything was normal. What to do next?

Hello, I am 34 years old. 4 days back while riding my bike, i felt very uncomfortable in my left testicle. But it gets better after i returned home and took rest. But from next day ( since last 3 days) I am feeling a dull ache in my left testicle and in my left pelvic area. The ache is very light and it's happening for very less time but multiple times in a day.  Another issue started last night only. Since yesterday night every time I finish my pee, I am feeling some pee or something is still left in my penis and There is a light sensation also. I tested urine infection it's showing everything is fine There's no such pain. But I am worried. Please help

Dear Doctor, I am experiencing frequent urination in the day and night. Every one hour I had to pee. 30 min after drinking water I feel like I need to pee. Every night i had to get between 2-4 am for once to pee. My hba1c is 5.9, kft is normal but uric acid is 7.9. I feel pain in the bladder area if I press. 6months back ultra sound and scrotum was normal. Please suggest what to do. I am using medicine for hypertension.
