Kidney Problems

I saw some red worms in my urine. What medicine can I take to cure it and what dosage? How many times a day and till when? I'm sure it's worm and not blood.

I am diagnosed with Funiculitis, as mentioned in the ultrasound. It's been 3 months but it's not healing completely. My daily life has impacted. Symptoms are - 1. Burning sensation 2. Pinch of pain in right testicle 3. Pain when I bend down or pressure applied But no swelling

But whenever I take any kind of antibiotics, my body feels extremely weak and i go through digestion issues. 2 months back I took antibiotics for fever and ever since my body feels weak and still digestion issues is present. I'm having little pain at sides of stomach since last 1 month. The pain is not sharp but it occurs sometimes and is like some pricking pain. Sometimes I feel the bowels not fully emptying and also sometimes it's difficult to pass out gas. There's no other symptom like fever, vomitting, etc. Initially I thought it would be kidney stones but after CT scan I don't think so. Also, my blood tests(CBC, CRP, ESR), KFT, LFT, urine culture reports are normal. I have attached some pictures but can't attach more than 2. I was eating junk food, non-veg, spicy food since sometime. I've now started drinking 3-4 litres of water daily alongwith less spicy, oily food. Taking curd or drinking buttermilk makes me feel some better. Can someone help me know if this pain be due to gas? Or it can be something else?

I've taken Nitrofurantoin and Alkasol for 7 days followed by Ciplox for 5 and yet I still have urinary irritation, burning, urgency and incomplete emptying. I got an Ultrasound done, everything was normal. What to do next?
