Kidney Problems

My mother is suffering from kidney dysfunction. One year ago, she started homeopathic treatment due to which, now her BUN is 18.75 and creatinine is 0.89. Is her condition improving? Is treatment is going in right direction? Should we continue to homeopathic treatment or any other treatment? Please suggest.

I am having selekon xl 50 mg at morning and telma40 at evening for blood pressure. My pressure is within normal range. I am feeling tired and dry mouth, metallic taste with rashes in foot as shown in picture.
