My CT KUB scan report says "Note is made of well defined round hyperdense foci measuring 6.2x5mm seen in the prostate in the midline. Urethral Calcus. I want to understand the exact situation and all possible treatment options for the same.

The stone is in the upper part of the urethra. It would cause urinary tract obstruction, once it crosses the sphincter, it would come out spontaneously. If you experience, retention of Urine, the cystoscopic removal of the stone is required. otherwise start on Tab. Dynapres 0.4mg once a day for 10days.
