Microalbumin in urine
For last 6 months, I have increased microalbumin in my urine. I have done 24h urine in which its value was 169 and in dip stick method it is 149. I have seen on net that it's normal range is below 30. My creatinine is under normal range. I don't have hypertension nor I have diabetes.my HbA1c is 5.1. I don't have any UTI or any STD as that has been checked through PCR from my urine sample. I don't smoke, neither I drink alcohol. My father had CKDv and he was under dialysis for 6 years. But he got this disease at the age of 60. I want to know if the high microalbumin  is due to kidney problem or is it important to go for kidney biopsy to know the actual reason . Can my kidney become healthy if I will take medication now.
