Due to fungal infection and use of steroid anti fungal cream , scortum skin’s texture has been changed in some parts and skin has become thinner. Is this a serious concern? can it be healed via some ointment? kindly address

Hello doctor, I am using medication for hypertension and recently got my creatinine and uric acid test done. The values show creatinine 1.0 and uric acid is 8.3 and eGfr 99.9. Please suggest if this is normal or should I go for any medication or any abnormalities with my eGfr. My weight is 89 and height is 176 cms.
