Please prescribe any medicine for Uti for females. Stings while urinating. Took ciplox for a day. But not effective

Stomach pain in right side lower abdominal. Usg already done blood test & urine test already done as per doctor advise.

Dear sir/mam my stone operated o 12 April 2018 and dj stent were place in kidney and dr told same has been removed 3may 2018. but unfortunately by 30 april mid night i having high fever around 102 and 103. after discussion with dr he told u have infection and and admit me in hospital by 1 may. 4 may afternoon my stent has been removed and by 5 may releve from hospital but iam having contuinsly fever tell why this happing

Doctor i have urine infection in my report pus cells are greater than 120 as we take chance this month so Whether its poosible for me to concieve and results get postive

My sonography report sows Left renal calculus Minimum fullness of Left pelvicalyceal system

B12 is more than 1200 pg/ml and Albumin present in urine. Orher reports are normal...any suggestion what is the problem?
