I have frequent lower abdomen pain and a little inflammation near anus I took urine r/m and have 250 leukocytes, 21-50 wbc’s in my urnie

Hello sir, I am was problem with kidney stones in starting stage in last month. Then it was cure using medicines.then it's again starts in today what I do cure this.which medicine best pls  suggest me!

Urine infection from last night. It's too much pain full for me.which tablet can i use ? Tell me about the problem.

Symptoms are-sometime mild pain in left region of abdomen after taking antacid pain diminished... Is this require any treatment or its a physiological???

I am having more urination in the night. kindly let me know if you have any suggestions. I don't have fever.

Presence of echogenic shadow approx. of 8 mm in size is noted at mid calyx of left kideney with another large echogenic shadow approx. of 18 mm in size at left pelvis giving acoustic shadow leading to minimal splitting of calyecal system in left kideney.right kideney shows normal findings.

Every time I urinate, i feel a sharp pain in my clitoris and I bleed alittle.

Pulled a nerve in the hip (between scrotum and Anus) a week back while doing leg press in the gym. A light pain has been persistent since then around groin area, V shape, and around inner hip and croch. The urinary discharge decreased since then. Thought it was Uti, but the colour and all have been normal. I weight normal 76 kg at 5'11 height. A regular runner and keep myself hydrated well enough. The day I do the leg press, urination becomes a problem. The day I don't, discharge get better. Have stopped doing any strain inducing activities for two days because of the persistent problem for 4-5 days. With a persistent dull nerve pain around the groin. How should I go about it?
