Kidney Problems

I have terrible anxiety and it really affects my urge to go the toilet! I squeeze every time I go. Before bed I get up so many times and squeeze. I also get up in the night. I am training myself to stop now but have been doing it for the majority of my final year at uni. Will I have permanently damaged my bladder? I’m really worried. It’ll make my anxiety so bad if I had.

I have been treament under for uti since last two weeks but what u observed is that when i take the medicine in the morning then my face swallows.

Please specify some natural foods or ways to pass small kidney stones.Along with drinking plenty of water.

1)Do we need to strictly remove our clothes and wash separately after visiting hospital? 2) what are the dangerous disease Caused by the germs or bacteria from lift buttons or ATM machine button?

I feel constipation after mastribation.my stool is hard,sticky and black.i also feel burning pee.i feel uncomfortable.i get my urine test it is normal except 3-4 pus level.i also done usg in this it is written i have few 2-3 mm constraints are in kidney else normal.i feel this issue every time I mastribate.
