Kidney Problems

Two days ago i felt pain in kidneys, so that I have to consult doctor for this , he suggested me to do some test like ultrasound. In the report they found 3-4mm stones in both kidneys. Suggest me precaution and diet to diagnose this.

For a few weeks now, I’ve been experiencing a slight burning sensation while peeing, it’s not painful or that uncomfortable, just kinda burns in a good way, and I got tested for STDs and I was clean and I don’t have a uti, I drink about a gallon and a half of water every day, I have no sugar in my diet, I have a very healthy diet, and just can’t figure out why it burns a little when I pee

White clots in urine and burning sensation in urine and pain in abdomen from past 10 days

When I passed toile, toilet not pass easily. I emphasize during pass the toilet every time. My toilet passing speed very slow.

My urine test report Pus cells 80-100 Epithelial cells 25-30 Sediment present I did this test as i was having pain in my right side below stomach one night. Since then i havent had any pain.

Good evening Dr, I have donated blood in 2017 with blood source and the tests came out Reactive to Hepatitis B Core Antibody. I contacted a doctor and did a test and it came out negative. I did not have the disease. However, after a year now, I have donated blood again, and I am ineligible. I am surprised that it became reactive twice. Are there other reasons or symptoms that might be causing this? Should I do anything about this? Thank you, Best Regards,
