Kidney Problems

I have a chronic cough and I have had 1 child. After a coughing fit, I went to the bathroom and it felt weird down there so I looked and could see my urethra coming out of my vag hole. I am convinced I have a prolapse, I have severe pubic bone and tail bone pain, I am peeing myself 24/7 all day long, major pulling/falling sensation in pelvic area, and can't stand for more than 5 mins. My doctor said ultrasound cameback normal & he thinks I'm crazy. I don't know what else, I can't live like this

I think I have prolapse. One doctor said I do and the other says I don't and everything looks normal. I am always peeing myself, I have pubic bone and tail bone pain, pelvic pain, bloating in pelvic area, I feel like if I were to strain when pooping that my organs are going to fall out. I have SO much white discharge too. I also have suddenly very sore muscles in neck, back and legs. I have been bed ridden for weeks over this pain and uncomfortableness but my doctor thinks Im crazy.

Bubbles in urine when i pee at the center but not when i pee at sides?i had urine test and lipid profile 4 years ago in which everything was normal but there was albumin of 30 found but doctor told me it is normal and last year also i had urine test in which there was no albumin found?should i go for urine test again?

There is a complaint of slight burning during urination and lack of flow. Intermittent problem of acidity also. Plz see the ultrasound and blood report. Medication for heart is continually on for past many years. Cholesterol levels and bp are fully normal in latest last week reports. Also for osteoporosis medicine " osteofit" and spondin for cervical spondilytis being taken. Is there effective medication available in homeopathy ? Thanks.
