I am a 30 year old male. I was told that I have a varicocele issue, which has been causing some pain in the genitals and lower abdomen. However I have also been having an issue with an increased urinary frequency. I offer urinate and still feel as if I need to urinate again, if if my bladder is empty. It seems to get worse if I strain during a bowel movement. I wanted to know if it is possible for the varicocele to be causing this or if they are more likely separate issues.
