I have a issue while going toilet, am getting white serum with blood instead of toilet, I want to know what will be the reason please suggest me

Testicular pain Male, 37 Dear sir/mam I am suffering from testicular pain last 1 year and take tratment from appolo ahmedabad,Gurgaon and many more places every where conclusions wrong like appolo he said intestine swelling,I have done all test like ultra sound,urin test,endoscopy but no relief approx 1lacks expences,now I am getting treatment from Gurgaon and aafter analysis firstly he conclude uric acid high and taken the medidicine from 5 month -T-Xyloric 300mg,T Tryptomer 10mg,Cap Curzest 500 but I have no relief and once again some test done -Serum testosterronal(total),Serum estradiol and medicine change report and medicine taken Neugaba M 75,Fkotral 10,Nucoxia 90 and no relief and test detais  attachedplz suggest dr.advice isok and what he want to conclude plz help

My father's (age 55) recent blood test report shows that his creatinine level is 1.1, haemoglobin is 13.2 and uric acid level is 7.3 and a high pressure. Does this indicate he is in danger? What are the possible precautions he can take so that the creatinine level does not cross 1.2? Also are there any chances he will be crossing the normal creatinine level ?
