Kidney Problems

Is it cumpolsory that if u have a stone in a kidney or gall bladder it will pain. As I m having urine problem. I drink a lot of water. But the urine output is less. What can be the reason.

I observed blood while passing urine only once. Urine routine test is normal. In ultrasound mucosal lesion with mild fatty liver and left renal microlithiasis is reported. Should i go for ultrasound once again to verify this report or is this problem can be treated without operation?

I have been having re-occuring UTI's (3-4 in 2 months), most of which i have had to receive antibiotics for. Concerns over why this keeps happening a visit to my GP told me that it is overactive bladder syndrome but i strongly disagree. I don't suffer from incontinence or nocturia or frequency, i have a high bladder capacity and only suffer from urgency. I'm 20 y/o. I am about to start bladder training but i don't believe this could help elevate the problems :(

Dear sir, I have stone in right kidney size is around 15 MM. In September 2016, PCNL surgery was done and tone of 21 MM was removed but now again facing the same issue. Got the Ultrasound done and found stone of 15 mm. Please suggest of Homeopathy is having any medicine for this.
