Kidney Problems

Hi I have been suffering from kidney disease from last 5-6 years but it's under control my creatinine was always between 1.8 to 1.94, I have a bypass surgery too now my age is 77 male, but after doing strict diet control my creatinine is increasing after taking Glimester M1..k Last week it become 2.74. Kindly suggest
