Can high bp over 140/90 for over 4 months cause Kidney damage and chronic kidney disease? Plz reply.

Usually it can't . Over prolonged duration with high fluctuations in BP can cause CKD where this is usually unnoticed. Over 4 months 140/90 bp unusual to cause ckd.
